Shares issued through Offer for sale are 2280.05 Crore Rs. Shares worth Rs. 500 Crore are issued through Fresh issue. The minimum lot size is 42 shares and the price is set at 346 Rs. – 353 Rs./ share. The company is going to get listed at both the exchanges NSE and BSE. The face value per share is Rs. 2 and this is a book built issue. The registrar for the company is KARVY FINTECH Private Limited.

The Aptus Value Housing Finance India Limited IPO begins for subscription from 10th Aug, 2021. The IPO subscription would continue till 12th Aug, 2021. The allotment status for the shareholders who applied would come on 18th Aug, 2021. The refunds for the ones who did not get allotment would be initiated on 20th Aug, 2021. APTUS Value Housing Finance is having a great amount of asset exposure. The company increased its assets by 7500 Crores Rs approximately in 2021. The assets are increasing in a similar manner. Previously the jump was of almost 14500 Crore Rs. Thus the COVID has broken the company’s pace of expansion. However the ravens eared in an increasing manner irrespective of the COVID crisis. The net profit is close to 2700 Crore Rs in 2021. This is almost 500 Crore Rs more than previous year.

However the COVID has affected the business a lot. The growth in 18-19 has been robust and outstanding. That year the company had low assets and they managed to get a revenue of 3300 Crore Rs. Now if we look at the financials the profits are not in accordance to the assets the company has. On the other hand, companies have a good ratio of growth between profits earned in comparison to revenue generated. Thus a good company with a high amount of investment.
